I believe that our elected officials in Jefferson City need help to get our economy back on track and support job creation efforts. We must spend each and every tax dollar wisely and invest in programs that will reap rewards for our neighborhoods and small businesses. Despite the challenges with the state budget, however, we cannot turn our backs on our most vulnerable citizens and we must ensure that no Missouri families fall through the cracks.

As an experienced prosecutor in Jackson County, I am a tenacious litigator and a compassionate advocate for the victims of crime. I have worked tirelessly to convict some of our most violent and dangerous criminals and have developed a reputation as an ethical, fair, persistent, and no-nonsense champion for the families I have represented. I am also a consensus-builder and able to find common ground with people of differing opinions.

It is this experience and dedication that I want to take to Jefferson City to represent the 39th District.
